We’re María José and Luisa, two friends and former classmates born and raised in Almería who now call Granada our second home. When we first met in the corridors of the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting at the University of Granada, back in 2007, we thought it was just one of those fleeting, unimportant encounters we all have.

After graduating, it wasn’t long before we started working together. We swapped faculty desks for our office desks, and our professors for our clients. With every collaborative project, we became more aware of what a great team we made. And with every trip, we realised our synergy was too special to just keep between friends — it was meant for something bigger in the professional world.

We currently offer services in Spanish, English and Italian, but we’re always eager to grow and expand. If you need a language or service that isn’t listed on our website, just drop us a message. There’s a good chance we can help, or find a personalised alternative for you.
No, the rates on our website don’t include VAT. However, when you request a quote, we’ll send you a full breakdown including VAT (if applicable).
You’ll typically receive your project after four working days, although this may vary slightly depending on our workload. If you need it sooner, we offer three special express delivery options.
When it’s time to rush, we spread Mercury’s wings. 😉
We currently offer three express delivery options 💸:
- Same-day or next-day delivery after payment is received: 45% surcharge on the total price.
- Delivery within 2 working days after payment is received: 35% surcharge.
- Delivery within 3–4 working days after payment is received: 25% surcharge.
Our express service is subject to availability. We’ll always inform you in advance whether we can meet your deadline.
We accept payments by cash, card, Bizum, and bank transfer.
For smaller projects, payment is required upfront. For larger projects, we’re happy to arrange a flexible payment plan that suits your needs.
Yes! We do offer discounts for projects with repeated content or a high word count. Once you send us your file, we’ll carefully review it and provide you with a personalised quote. Our system helps us identify repeated segments and calculate the total word count, so we can apply the right discount to our standard rate.
If your project is urgent, the express delivery surcharge, VAT (if applicable), and any courier fee (if requested) will be clearly included in your final quote — no surprises!
We work with a wide range of file formats.
To give you an accurate quote and ensure a smooth process, please send us files that are complete, clear and editable.
Please note that low-quality scans, handwritten texts, photos, or documents protected from editing may require extra preparation, which could affect the final price.
If your text is a translation, you’ll need our Revision and Proofreading service. We’ll make sure it’s accurate, fluent and error-free.
If your text was originally written in the same language you want it refined in, our Spelling, Grammar and Style Check service is the one for you. This service focuses on fixing typos, grammar, and punctuation while preserving the original tone and improving overall flow and cohesion.
